Any alarm activation is immediately transmitted to our monitoring team, who can accurately identify the specific zone or area that has been triggered. This detailed information enables a rapid and informed response from the outset.
Alarm activations can be verified using the system’s PIR (passive infrared) detectors, helping to minimise false alarms and ensure only genuine incidents are escalated. Once an activation is confirmed, the ARC will follow the agreed response procedure, whether that involves notifying the Gardaí or contacting nominated keyholders. All response actions are fully configurable to meet your operational and security requirements.

CCTV System Integration with the ARC (Alarm Recieving Centre)
When it comes to CCTV system integration with our Alarm Receiving Center (ARC), we offer a range of smart features.
Your CCTV system can be set up with intrusion boundaries and zones defined by the installer and you. If an intrusion is detected, the system can automatically send images or notifications to the ARC, allowing them to see exactly what’s happening. You can also set schedules so that these alerts only happen during certain hours, like after your premises are closed.
In addition, our ARC can control PTZ (pan-tilt-zoom) cameras remotely, so they can move the cameras around to get a better view of any intruders.
Our systems also support two-way audio integration: many of our IP camera models come with built-in microphones as standard, and with an amplifier and external speaker, the ARC can speak through the camera system if needed.
We can even integrate ANPR (automatic number plate recognition) to alert the ARC if an unwelcome vehicle is detected on your property
